Nestled in the heart of Umhlanga Ridge with views of the sea are Royal Palm Guest Lodge, Harrier Palms Guest House and Herrwood Palms Conference Centre and Holiday Home. With a mere 5-minute drive to the Umhlanga swimming beach and a 4-minute drive to The Gateway Theatre of Shopping for meals and entertainment, our Guest Houses provide a wonderful opportunity for a relaxing getaway or a successful business trip. We offer Singles, Doubles, Family Rooms and Rooms with a kitchenette. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, individual air-conditioning, a TV, a coffee station, towels and a bath pack. Our Guest Houses offer Wireless Broadband for laptops, DSTV, a main kitchen equipped for self-catering and are non-Smoking but do have comfortable outside smoking areas.

Our rates include a Self-Service Continental Breakfast, and 14% VAT.

Harrier Palms: The Cheetah Family Unit with Kitchen R1100 per couple, per night. Extra Child/Adult from R250 per night. Sleeps 2 Adults in a King Bed in the Main area, and up to 4 children in a bedroom.
Double Rooms (King or Queen Bed) From R840 per couple, per night. From R595 per night. En-suite Bath and shower, or en-suite shower.
HERRWOOD PALMS is a beautiful thatch family home with stunning sea views, and provides a wonderful opportunity for a relaxing getaway. Four large Bedrooms (3 en-suite all with bath and shower), swimming pool, gas braai under thatch hangover, equipped kitchen, dining area, bar, formal lounge and a TV Lounge. Rate: From R3950 per night for a maximum of 8 guests. R500 per guest, per night, thereafter to a maximum of 2 extra guests. (Maximum of 10 guests in total). Please note that the facilities of this Holiday Home are for the use of paying Guests only. Herrwood Palms also offers an open plan setting for Conferencing, Meetings or Training with access to facilities for relaxing during breaks. Tea/Coffee with Biscuits/Muffins is included, and on request, lunches or dinners can be arranged. Seating styles: Classroom, U shape Boardroom and Cinema. Rates: R165 per delegate, per day, or a minimum of R1500 per day or part thereof.
Please note that to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required by either EFT or Credit Card. Payment of the Balance is required 72 hours (3days) prior to arrival.
