In our air-conditioned “Zebra Room” we cater for meetings, presentations and training.

The room can be furnished with a round glass table seating a maximum of 10 for meetings or discussions.

The Gazebo in the Garden and the Formal Lounge are available for relaxation during breaks.

Pricing starts at R185 per head but Individual packages are available tailored to suit your needs.

Tea/Coffee with Biscuits and Muffins are provided
A White Screen and Flipchart are available if required.
A Data Video Projector is available at R650 per day.
An LCD Panel is available at R500 per day.

Video Conferencing

Our speciality is Video Conferencing. If you have your own ISDN Lines / IP Bandwidth, we can even do your Video Conference at your premises. Alternatively you can use our facility at 8 Royal Palm Guest Lodge.

Video Conferencing allows for both visual and audio contact, and the delegates communicate as if they are seated in the same room.

We have provided Video Conferencing for Doctors, Judges, Recruitment Companies, Business Executives, and even families wanting to greet other members who are abroad.
